Condo info. - 1/1.5 bed/bath 2 floor open loft (800 sq ft). The 1st few visits must be on a Friday. After we become comfortable with the person we may negotiate different days/time frames. Looking to schedule a cleaning every 2 weeks but will likely request a deep cleaning every once every 2 months. References will be required. Minimum experience 5 years.
